1. Product structure and process analysis
The product is made of Acteal raw materials into plastic parts, and the surface can be chrome plated and painted. Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of a window handle gasket.
Option 1, using a latent gate mould structure,In this structural design.(1) The feeding gate is usually hidden on the inner surface or side of the plastic part, which does not affect the appearance of the product. 2.Parting surface design
The selection of the position and shape design of the parting surface is directly related to the complexity of the mold structure, the quality of the mold parts, the working status, and the convenience of operation. Therefore, the design of the parting surface is the most important link in mold design. The principles that should be followed in selecting the parting surface are: (1) convenient demolding of the product; (2) Leave the product on the side of the moving mold during demolding, making it easier to remove the product and ensure smooth exhaust of the mold cavity; (3) The gas discharge from the mold cavity mainly relies on the parting surface, and the exhaust groove is generally designed on the mold parting surface; (4) Ensure that the appearance of the product is undamaged, or cause burrs to appear on the end face of the product, and remove them without damaging the appearance of the product; (5) Lateral core pulling, designing the lateral core pulling on one side of the moving mold to simplify the mold structure .
4 Product trial molds
The function of product trial molding is to inspect the smoothness of mold production and ensure the smooth production of the product. Reasonable operating steps must be followed during the trial molding process, and useful technical parameters must be recorded during the trial molding process. At the same time, record and analyze the dimensional differences between different products, such as whether the product size is stable, the trend of certain size changes, whether size changes are within the tolerance range, and so on. These data records and analysis materials can provide reference basis for later mold repair and mass production. After completing the trial mold, save all sample inspection records during the trial mold process, such as various pressures during the processing cycle, glue and mold temperatures, material tube temperatures, injection action time, and screw feeding period.
