Food-grade certified materials (such as S136 mold steel and 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum) are selected, strictly complying with FDA and GB 4806 food safety standards to prevent the migration of harmful substances. Through precision positioning with six guide pillars and precision tolerance control of ±0.001mm, it ensures uniform wall thickness of cups and smooth edges without burrs. Equipped with built-in rapid cup separation and automatic stacking mechanisms, the molds are compatible with fully automated production lines, significantly reducing manual intervention and defect rates.
