T-4 Micro Nucleic Acid Tester Operation Instructions
[Collecting Samples]
Eye, nose, and mouth swab samples (2 swabs)
The first swab is used to collect secretions from the corners of both eyes and the inner walls of both nostrils in sequence. When collecting eye corner secretions, gently scrape 3-4 times to ensure
Rub the liquid as much as possible, and if there is no secretion from the corners of the eyes, open them one by one and collect the liquid from the lower eyelids of both eyes; When collecting nostrils
Gently move the swab head into both nostrils and rotate for 2-3 weeks to collect liquid, ensuring that the swab head adheres to the liquid;
Insert the second swab into the oral cavity and collect fluid from both cheeks in sequence to ensure that the swab adheres to the liquid.
Anal swab sample (1 swab)
Take a swab and wet the head of the swab with water or physiological saline (never wet the swab with lysis solution as it can corrode animal skin),
Ensure that at least half of the length of the swab head extends into the animal's anus and gently rotate for 2-3 weeks to collect the sample.
Ascites sample
The ascites sample taken should be injected into a blank tube for later use (empty tubes containing components such as sodium heparin, lithium heparin, EDTA, etc. should not be used)
The presence of other substances in the fruit may inhibit subsequent amplification reactions and affect the accuracy of the results.
EDTA whole blood sample
Take fresh whole blood samples and inject them into EDTA anticoagulant tubes for later use (heparin sodium or heparin lithium anticoagulant tubes cannot be used).
